Well being jealous is a waste of time. It's just stupid and very....HIGH SCHOOL.... I am talented but I have seen people with more talent then me. I am not jealous I just find them exciting to be with and learn from. Frankly I find people who have no interest in learning and trying to make more of them selves boring and can barely tolerate their worshiping of mediocrity.
I think most people worship mediocrity. They study pop culture as if it was real history. They listen to garbage and think it's great music. There are all kinds of great music and they write plenty of it today but many people never listen to it.
Many people don't know art or quality in anything.
Why would I be jealous of some one with talent and spirit? I would find that exiting. I think jealousy is just fear. Fear that you are lazy and not really finding your talent. Talent is mostly passion and work. 20% Passion and 80% work! So when you see these people realize they work hard at what they do and are dedicated to it. Sometimes they found a passion and through some thing that happened in their lives they were focused on this and became what you see.
I started guitar at the age of five or six many moons ago. When I was in my teens I had zits so bad I had no girl friends or friends. So I practiced my guitar 8-16 hours a day. Needles to say by the time my face overcame the ravages of acne and I came out of my bedroom I was so far ahead of anybody on the guitar that I was asked to teach at the conservatories.
Today I see many students who are better then me and I am proud of them.

I guess I'm one of the talented people, but I envy anyone out there that's actually doing something everyday that makes them happy. I only get to expose art about once a month, and it stinks. I work a nine to five hell, just so I can pay my bills, and spend the rest of the month struggling for food, gas, and sanity. I'll always have my dope though. That helps me forget, if only for another day. So I can wake up and do it all over again the next day.
How's this? I'm envyous of motivated people, cause I wish I was one of them. Maybe I'd be able to get some exposure....indecently.

Every one has a talent, they just need to discover it.
I am talented in certain things. I do wish I could drawl tho. My husband is excellent in this area and so are our 3 girls.
It really amazes me how well my younger two, more so the 5 year old, can drawl. My middle daughter is also very very good. My oldest is good also but it doesn't interest her.
Am I jealous--no way, more like amazed at what they can do.

Believe it or not we are all talented in something sooner or later you will find out. It may take some time but we all find out eventually. Don't despair and I am not jealous either I have some talents too.

I know a guy who is a very talented artist but he is really rude and arrogant so no I am not jealous of him. Talent is only what you make of it.

sometimes for a split second but then I realize that if a person is really good at something they deserve to be because they perhaps really worked hard to be that great at something. You just can't fake your way through if you truly are great at something and it's on display for everyone to see.
