I let go even it is hard for me but I cant be selfish....

It's very hard...I'm in the process of trying to let someone go right now, and it hasn't been easy to begin with...but with Christmas coming and all...(sigh).
I'd LOVE to be able to move on.

I think its very very difficult especially if you decide not to even stay friends. Its like the mind tells you its the right thing to do but the heart won't listen :(
The reality is that time heals all wounds, and you will always have your memories with you

no I dont think its difficult. I can speak about relationships from a few years ago and Im just a black and white kind of person. If you are not happy, regardless of who is unhappy, have some pride, get over it and move on. It gets you through :)))))))))
