please not 800 flowers they take about 30% of the cost right off the top.
Local is always best unless you are having flowers delivered to someone in another state.
If that is the case you can look up a local florist for that person's are in yellowbook.com.

I don't know where you are from that would help a bit.. .Check out some online sites like 1-800 flowers.. If you or someone you know has an ENTERTAINMENT BOOK there are money saver codes in the back of the book it can save you quite a bit of money.... Or look for "coupon" codes online..

Your best bet is to go to your local florist, and explain your budget. They will be able to get you the most for your money, and if you need to send it somewhere, they can do that for you also. Support your local businesses. Besides, you never know what you are going to get online. It might not be what you pay for.
Some local florists are online, try that first. Look in your phone book, sometimes they have a website listed.
