I just got a Helio Ocean mobile device yesterday when I was sending text messages and no one can send me one back. They can send it and it shows it got sent, but it never shows up in my message box! Help please!

Okay that sound bad for sure.
Can you use Yahoo, MSN, or Aim?
What Plan are you using?
It wont hurt to call Helio Customer Service run it past them, they may have you do a soft or hard reset.

Did you have your number ported from your previous service? I had my number ported from MetroPCS and the rep told me it could take up to three days for everything to work and I would receive calls on my Metro phone and make calls on my Ocean. Well it only took a couple of hours to port but my wife did send me a text which never showed up on either phone in the meantime. Once porting was completed haven't missed any texts though.
Which is funny b/c I used to not receive texts all the time when I was just Metro.

wow that sound bad....i feel bad for you omg....if i were you i would be calling my carrier company and return the phone....i hate when that happens...personally i dont know how the helio works.....but i know for sure that by calling your phone company they should have and answer and fix it....now if you have it with antoher company that is not your carrier then call the 800 number from helio that is for sure....will help you....tc good luck with that
