I have two that are located below the belt. On one side is a cluster of stars, strategically placed, and on the other side is a shooting star with a quasar behind it.

It's a little corny... but I have a music note on a staff on my right ankle.
The note, if you read the staff, is a "B-sharp", as a reminder.
I was 18. I still love it.
