Are you taking any medications that would encourage dehydration?? Are you drinking water....not other liquids, especially soda (anything with caffeine will increase dehydration). If you're not drinking water, start now!
Go out and buy either Dasani, or Crystal Geyser and start guzzling. If thirst and frequency/urgency of urination persists call your MD and make app. for asap
and be sure to tell him the symptoms. Especially if diabetes runs in your family!
Good luck and God bless!! xoxoxoxoxoxo

1. Diabetes - although I believe it's Type 1 that usually has this symptom, and the odds of you getting it are rarer the older you are.
2. Dehydration, pretty common this time of the year - dry heat in buildings, little ventilation, plus I don't know how much you normally drink, what you're drinking, what sort of exercise you're doing, etc.
3. Excessive drinking of caffeine and/or alcohol - makes you think your thirst is quenched, actually dehydrating you more.
4. Like one of the previous answerers said, possibly a medication you're on. If you're on any meds, check to see if this could be a side effect, or talk to your doctor or a pharmacist.

the check for diabetes people are right on...in the meantime, eat pickles after each meal, and drink a sip of pickle juice after you eat the pickles---I prefer Claussens, and you'll want cold pickles. My grandmother taught me that, and it works amazingly well.
