Stomach ache

Ginger is great for settling the stomach. We use ginger tea that we make ourselves with ground ginger (from your spice cabinet). Just about 1/4 tsp of ground ginger in a hot cup of water, then 1/3-1/2 tsp of honey. Great for stomach problems.

For the dairy intolerance, consider adding enzymes to your routine. They make several different combos. I'd suggest one that concentrates on fat or is comprehensive.

Also, sometimes lactose intolerance is really pasteurization intolerance. Pasteurization kills the enzymes that naturally occur and help digest the milk. We drink only raw milk directly from the dairy. But, if you add enzymes to your diet the will help with the occasional dairy intake. Check with your health food store, and they may have a formulation specifically for lactose intolerance. No prescription needed.

I haven't checked for them specifically, but Houston Enzyme (find them online) may have a special formulation too. They are great to deal with and will even send a sample for you to try.

Hope you feel better soon, and watch that dairy!

Something that really works for me is baking soda. All you have to do is take a pinch of it with your index finger and thumb, swallow it then lie down on your side. After a while you might try switching to the other side. Believe me after a while you will feel much better. Seriously, you might let out some gas as you do this but this helps.

Try a couple teaspoons of honey mixed in a cup of warm water. The warm water will help with the cramping & the honey is a natural analgesic ( pain killer).

Good luck.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

This sounds crazy but works....very fast. Drink ice water...then go to honey in ginger tea or any kind. The ice water sooths your linings just like ice does for muscle aches.
