If you've studied, go into the test with confidence. Tests only cover those things that you should know and understand. If there is anything that is important that you're not sure of, read over it again until you got it. Take a look at the test. It tells you a bunch about the professor. You've already been tested by this professor so you know how they test and where they get their questions from so it should be a snap. To me the first test was always the worst because you just don't know what the professor will ask for or where they get their questions from. After that you have clues. I really like tests that professors put a lot of time into so that one question will not give you an answer to another question and how they try to ask exactly what they mean. Sometimes you can misread a question and come up with a different answer than expected. And sometimes you can think too much and over answer. So just keep it simple. Go over your test when your done and don't change answers unless your sure. Don't worry about being the first or the last one done. All of that doesn't matter. Just take your time, think about the question and then answer it before you chose an answer so that the answer can't confuse what you know to be true. Tests are just a chance to prove what you know, so go show 'em! Go to bed, get a good night's sleep, eat breakfast and get to the test early enough so you don't have to rush. Think of it as a time to show off. . .

I just finished my finals week last week and I can tell you I was in the same boat. I was nervous about my final because it was 25% of my final grade and my final grade was between a B and an A. I just decided that the stress of studying was to much and that I had to do something to make myself happier. So i stopped studying player some video games, surfed the web and went to sleep. I set my alarm for 3 hours earlier than my exam and studied then. I figured that cramming and then going to bed late and trying to wake up was not as good as going to sleep waking up earlier and giving myself the chance to acctually wake up. Plus the information was much more fresh in my head then just waking up and going to the exam. Worked for me and I hope this helps.

Go to sleep! Sleep is the most important thing at a time like this so that you can focus. Take 1/2 a benadryl if need be and set 2-3 alarms so you definitely get up in the morning. Eat a good breakfast and drink fluids.

Good luck! I was in college for seven years (B.A. and M.B.A.)so I've been through it a million times.

Relax. Then study and do well with organizing your notes. Next time, don't wait until the day before. I can't stand that stress that comes with worrying about passing an exam. If you have been studying all along and just need to "skim," then you are set. I wish you well. What shall we then say to these things? If GOD be for us, WHO can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us with BENEFITS, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. I wish you well. Peace, Love and God Bless.

SLEEP (dont forget to set your alarm clock CORRECTLY) you will have better memory the better you sleep. AND about 15 to 30 mins you peruse your notes, your short term memory will pick up formulas and little trivial things that can be reminders. Drink iced coffee and Arizona Green Tea. I dont know why but I feel like a rocket about to take off when I combine those two. Take Care.-Rachel.
