Well, Borat made me cry with laughter but I don't know that it's appropriate for a 14 year old. I'd go with Airplane or Naked Gun instead.

Parts of 'The In-Laws' that are almost too funny to bear.
I also laughed myself sick during parts of 'A Fish Called Wanda.'
'Dodgeball' was pretty funny too!
