Is there an "unfilled job" rate published?

Is there an "unfilled job" rate published? Like the opposite of the unemployment rate. Instead of the number of people looking for jobs, it would be the number of open positions businesses are trying to fill. If so, what is the name of this number. What is the rate right now?
