Amsterdam to clean up its red light district, but what has this to do with the 'boorish brits" ?

It was reported on Yahoo news today that the vice mayor wants to clean up Amsterdam's red light district and says he is not aftraid to lose the income from the "boorish brits"., very laudable, but I wonder what his wife and daughters think.

another report was that off duty police are no longer allowed to partake in the consumption of alcohol and canabis the police are not happy
