A woman is the glue. You must have pieces to put together and that's the solid parts the man provides...however the woman holds it all in place. She needs to nurture, maintain, and lift her man up so he can continue to me the man she needs!

I'm a sister, daughter, aunt, niece and cousin to name a few. Other women are mothers, grandmothers, great-grandmothers...
