I used to do both and now that I'm older and (hopefully more mature) I do as the buffalo in a snow storms does: They turn head on into a storm because that is the shortest way out of it.

If i run i wont get far and if i turn away i'll only cause more problems. I definitely face whatever it is i have to face and get it over with.
