Phoenix good? lol
Other than Ginobilli, Duncan was their only option on offense and he absolutely torched the Phoenix Suns' weak front line
Tony Parker didn't play in this matchup and he would've given Steve Nash and co. even more problems
Duncan, remember has some foot issues and he's nowhere close to 100%....he missed the past 2 weeks due to injuries and now he put up a stellar performance while being like 75% healthy and no Tony Parker
Phoenix has lost to New Orleans, Atlanta and the Lakers...nuff said
phoenix is just a pereniall second or third round western team, they're not gonna make the finals with that horrendous interior defense

The suns are a good team they proved that last year when they went toe to toe with the spurs. Parker or no Parker beating the big fundamental and all the other talent on that team is an achievement. However that Suns currently are not title contenders and they never will be until Amare steps up his defense and get a left hand. He played in to more then one block shot of Duncans because he was forced left and tried to finish with the right hand. This has been is greatest offensive problem for most of his career. He need to spend a little less time practicing three pointer in practice and work on defense and his left hand the Suns would be primed for a title run as it is Amare is their weakest link on the defensive end and he is their last life of defense.

Grant Hill is the reason the Suns won. The beauty here is that the Suns won playing the San Antonio style of keeping the differential close.
Didn't San Antonio beat Dallas without their best player (Tim) last week?
I think the Suns would have beaten San Antonio even with Tony. At the moment, the Suns is a better team than San Antonio simply because of Grant Hill. But I do still think that the Suns need to improve on several areas.

Its because the Phoenix Suns are that good. Jacque Vaughn played well for San Antonio. Phoenix Suns is that good. Phoenix Suns are a great team. If any San Antonio Spurs fan wants to use Tony Parker injury as an excuse. Then as a Phoenix Suns fan I can use the Amare Stoudemire and Boris Diaw suspension as an excuse.

they were shorthanded...if you're playing a contending team, u gotta have all your superstars playing to have the most successful chance of winning.
San Antonio limited Nash and Amare to under 20 pts, only letting Grant Hill get over the teens mark.
With tony, finals mvp, they would of won in my opinion.

The suns are a great team. Spurs fans can't even use the excuse that parker didn't play cause remember the playoffs last year when Amare and Diaw didn't play in that crucial game.

GREAT GAME.
I was on the edge of my seat.
The Suns are tough, my Spurs had a chance but they did not pull it out.
