When attaching jumper cables, do you attach negative or positive first?

Always positive on both cars and then hook the negative up to metal as far from the battery as possible

Hook up the positive first, if you slip up and touch the body of the car with a live negative nothing will happen, if you hook up the negative first and accidentally touch anything with the positive lead, sparks will fly and things electronic will fry... lol.

I agree. Always positive first because the juice flows from the negative terminal.

You hook up the positive side first.
