MIT is not in Boston. It is in Cambridge, MA.
The first link will show you what graduate degrees the Aeronautical Engineering department offers. The second link lists classes offered by the department
At MIT, computer science is part of the Electrical Engineering department. The third link brings you to a page with information about graduate degrees offered by the department.
