the highest official recorded one was made by this one bball player in some other country. Look at the link for help. But spudd webb had the highest hang time in all of bball.

Chamberlin. In track during highschool there is a picture of him getting higher than 66in.
Theres also a French baller that can jump up a kick the ball that is stuck inbetween the rim and board.

you haven't really posed much of a question, but the highest verticals in NBA history are Bill Russell, Michael Jordan and Wilt Chamberlain. Your question has been answered, and no he does not have a vertical that matches these players.

As far as straight vertical, it's gotta be Dominique Wilkins or Spud Webb. Spud Webb was 5'7.
