I myself could never have an abortion, I could not live with the guilt. I choose life. For many years I would have never thought that I would be one to encourage someone to have one, until my drug addict, alcoholic sister became pregnant with her third child. She does not have custody of her two other children and they all have different fathers.Which I have helped raise or have had custody of through the years.Long story short, she lied to everyone and said she had a miscarriage and came to me when she was 7 months pregnant for help. I took her to the doctors and helped where I could. I tried to get help from child protective services to have her committed until after the birth because she was still drinking and doing drugs. They were no help and I was told there was nothing that they could do until the child was born and was told I could hire a lawyer myself. Well time and finances were not on my side. The little boy was born in July with many problems and has a very bleak life ahead of him. I would rather see someone get an abortion than to bore a child that will have to suffer all their lives. People like my sister should have their tubes burned and not even be allowed to become pregnant. This is always a tough subject because not every situation is cut and dry.

i think of abortion would desire to be attainable. you do not comprehend how the guy have been given pregnant and it extremely is their selection anyhow. beginning administration isn't a hundred% effectual. Plus, there is often the possibility the girl can't convey a infant into the international. many people who elect to abort comprehend that elevating a infant is extremely costly and comprehend they had extremely convey a infant up healthful latter on in existence then have them be in risk of not having food on the table or a house to stay in. Plus, whilst maximum abortions take place, the concern isn't even or is basically a splash a fetus yet, basically a fertilized egg many cases, meaning it extremely is in simple terms approximately the comparable as a woman having her era and the egg (that would have been a infant) exits her physique and dies or a mans sperm doing the comparable. Do human beings get mad each and each time a woman has her era and would not have a infant in turn? the respond is not any. So why are human beings so worked up on the full abortion project. human beings have private lives you comprehend. Abortion should not be unlawful. it is going to be an open selection for people who coach a choose for it. additionally, this would not propose i could get one, yet i does not be indignant or dissatisfied in somebody who desperate to get an abortion. And being Christian in this occasion means so little. i'm Christian as nicely. i assume everybody has their very very own opinion inspite of the undeniable fact that. Peace!

Hi Sweetie,
Good Question, totally against it & the girls/women that have sex without protection & the male, with no conscious of what the out come will be r don't care cause their so caught up in themselves. Then it's "an accident" when she's pregnant
which is all bull, if U have sex without protection, I think u shud be legally binding for the consequences. An embryo is an unborn, underdeveloped, offspring, Innocent, Human Being that irrigardless of the circumstances, has the right to come into this World! Whether the baby, (which many women that r infertile would give anything to have) has a disability r heath problems cuz of the Mother having drugs threw pregnancy, it still deserves that chance! Noboby has the right to take away a life, especially Dr.s that think they're God, it truly makes me sick to my stomach.

I understand both points of view
I am for it because if the child cant have a good home, where they are loved and nurtured, it isn't worth it. Yes they could be adopted, but there are already millions of kids just witing to be adopted. People should use condoms if they don't want kids. And the baby doesn't fee it until they are about 6 months in the womb
I am against it because it is taking an innocent life and these children deserve a life, even if their parents cant care for them. Yes some people are raped but they could put them up for adoption.
2 points of view.
For me it depends on the circumstances

I am a Christian and I am Pro-Choice. No one is pro-abortion. Even the people who want to keep it as an option are not FOR killing babies.
I believe that it should be a choice because there are some circumstances that could cause a mother harm if she had the baby. (Medical issues)There are also women who are raped and to force them to carry and eventually give birth (very painful) to a child could be emotionally horribly damaging. There are also people who would have a baby that is physically or mentally damaged if they continued to carry it to term. (What sort of life would that be for the child- especially if the mother didn't want to have it in the first place- who would adopt a physically or mentally challenged baby?) Yes, I would agree that some would adopt them, but not many. Most parents want healthy newborns and will not take on the responsibility of a handicapped child- which is a life long commitment to continual care and often providing for the child it's entire life. (many never become independent)
I don't believe it should be used as a form of birth control and I would accept putting limits on how it can be used, but I wouldn't want it banned completely. The restrictions I would place on it would be for rape (yes), for physical deformities (yes) for potential health risk to the mother (yes), If there were an unplanned pregnancy (1st time yes- any time after that and they should be forced to put it up for adoption or keep it.) Anyone can mess up once, but to use it as birth control is not right.
Because of the mentioned issues above, I will always remain pro-choice. I also believe that if you have never been faced with an unplanned pregnancy, your vote should not count. The reason I say this is because until you have been placed in that position, I do not believe you have the ability to truly understand how hard of a decision it is. A woman has to make the decision that she will best be able to deal with and sometimes there are no good options. You have to pick between the lesser of the evils.
I was faced with that decision and I chose to keep my baby. It was a rough decision. I couldn't think about bringing a baby into the world and then not knowing where she was or how she was doing. I didn't feel that abortion was the right option for me because I could not have lived with myself if I had. I also, did not have the financial means to take care of a baby. At the time, there was no good option. I kept her and I love her dearly but there were some really rough times when I didn't know where I was going to get the help I needed. Pro-Life places wouldn't help me after the baby was born. At that time, they believed that there was no risk to the baby because it was a legitimate human at that time and the law protected her, so they did not feel compelled to help me out after I made the "right" choice. (according to them)

Yer obviously a teenager and a virgin. I am against it, but until you have FOUND yourself in such a situation where you feel like you have to make that choice, DO NOT be so quick to judge.
I used to feel EXACTLY the way you do. EXACTLY-back when I was a virgin, and had no idea of the turmoil that women who face this issue have to deal with.
I WAS an ADULT when I felt I had to make that choice. I had JUST had our daughter(she was 3 weeks old), when I got pregnant again. We were going through a very difficult time in our relationship, and I didn't even KNOW that I was pregnant until I was almost 3 months along. I felt very pressured into getting the abortion. I had suffered depression and nightmares for TWO YEARS after I had it done. I DO regret it, and every time the end of September(when I had the abortion in 2002)
But, my experience has given me first hand knowledge of the inner struggle women face, and has given me a stronger compassion, and I can TELL them, that I REALLY don't recommend it, and give them the reasons why.
GOD WORKS EVERYTHING together for good, to them that love Him and are called according to His purpose...including something so heinous as abortion.

Against.
How can it be so casually treated when the front page of a NY paper can cover a story about a woman in her 24 th week be in a car accident and all the efforts that were being made to save her baby, but in the back of the paper there are advertisements for abortions up to 26 wks?
Does anyone see ?
