No one knows this kind of thing off the top of their heads. So you will have to look it up yourself. Wikipedia on "polonium" and on "radioactive decay" would be a good starting point.
I don't know what you mean by "completely lose". The radioactivity decays exponentially (goes down by a factor of 2 every half-life), until you're left with so few atoms that the last one might disintegrate by chance, but it is not possible to predict when that will happen.
