A and C according to the first article below. The second article specifically states that law is the answer.

All three. The French language has contributed tens of thousands of words to the English language (adding the Germanic base that already existed), so it would be impossible to say to which of the three it contributed the most without getting into some serious etymology.

If I had to pick one, I'd go with aesthetics. The Romans and Greeks were heavy into aesthetic philosophy, and nearly all words pertaining to art (including "art" itself) are French first (and Latin originally).

In fact, according to the person quoting Wikipedia above me, English did not pick up on French legal terms (and the history of the British legal system suggests they created it in opposition to the French system).
