I just finished a BS in Geography with emphasis in GIS with a minor in International Business. Funny I ended up liking the minor more then the degree but since I had been in school forever, I just went with it insetad of changing.

Anyone heard about the iMBA program through PSU? Is it difficult to get into? It is online but I dont see how it would fall into the crap hole of most online degrees.

My other thought was UNCharlotte. I will be moving near that area next yr so I thought maybe doing the partime MBA thing till I could go fulltime.

I see alot of these schools require job experience already? Is this directly related to that field you will be applying to?

Both schools have good MBA programs, although neither is known for the International Business program. I do have some concerns about the iMBA program, because it is an intercampus program, so it is NOT run by Smeal, which is the recognized MBA program in the system, and you could consider it the equivalent of getting an MBA from one of the lesser schools in the Penn State system; thus, I think UNC would be a better bet. If you didn't already seem to have geographic directions set, I would suggest that you look at places like the University of South Carolina or Temple, which are much stronger in the international business area.
