What other idiosyncrasies does your partner or room mate have that drives you bonkers?

In our house it goes as follows- if you opened it, close it; if you lifted it up, put it down; if you turned it on, turn it off. Very adult, very few problems and very few fights. Can't stand dirty clothes on the floor or dirty dishes all over the counter though!

Sorry there is only my self and my 15 year old daughter with a male dog in the house. That leaves me as the only adult which means that I pretty much get what I want. As for any idiosyncrasies my daughter has are slight and don't really bother me, maybe I have chalked it up to being a teen so I expect her to act a little strange no and than.

I have never understood this controversy. If I am visiting someone, I usually return it to the position I found it in before I used it. In general I prefer to have at least the ring down. I think it looks better than the bare porcelain. But it is no big deal
If you are a guy and the seat is down when you want to urinate, pick it up. If you have to have a BM, put it down. What's the big deal guys?
If you are a woman put it down, if it is up. Is it that hard?
Now for both. If you rush in, do not look, pull down your pants, and plop your behind on ice cold porcelain. That is your fault. I have never heard of anyone getting a terminal case of frostbite butt from this.
Guys, if you rush in pull it out and urinate on the ring, clean it up. How disgusting! You will have to sit on the seat some time.
There are too many important things in life to have 2 idiots arguing over a toilet seat.

With our toilet seat we always keep it down, this way we teach our dogs that this is not the place to get a drink.She keeps too many cats in the house and she knows that I can't stand the smell that they leave

We don't get much attention to it. We have all the freedom to do what we want. What matters most to us is a clean toilet and a bathroom. I cannot take a unclean toilet for this is very anti- hygienic.
