So long as your manuscript is labeled fiction you should have no problems with the Christian right who would attack on all fronts.

Should you base your book on a revelation that ought to be added to the Bible then be prepared for an onslaught of condemners.

What's more important is finding a literary agent to represent you and the manuscript instead of asking this forum.

confident, i purchase multiple books; i could have thousands. I additionally use the library plenty - my close by one is staggering. Oh... and I'd probably just get it from the library... but I'm a cheapskate so don't base your opinion on me. :]
