If she has a normal period schedule and she is 6 days late, then she should take a pregnancy test. But, some people do skip periods for various reasons, including stress and other factors. But, she really should take a pregnancy test. If she's 6 days late then a pregnancy test should pick up on the pregnancy hormone.

Not sure how old your girlfriend is, but she could just have irregular periods depending on her age. Just having sex means there is a chance that she could be pregnant. Birth control is not 100%. She could also be late if she is under a lot of stress. Get a pregnancy test though to try to verify if she is pregnant. If she isn't and is not already on birth control, I would suggest that she go on something if you're going to continue to have sex to use as a back-up to condoms.

This happens all the time, and some of the time, it's all in the mind. your girlfriend might be telling herself she's pregnant, and her body reacts and thinks it is, causing late periods, cramping, and even morning sickness. It's weird what the brain can do. Just tell her about this, and that she's not pregnant, but if it's still late after a week, take another one.

There are many other factors that can cause a woman's period to be late, so you can't automatically assume she is. Stress is number 1 or a change in diet..there are others. BUT, you can never be sure. If you're really worried..or she, take a pregnancy test so you can better prepare yourself in case she is.
Good luck!

There is still always a chance of getting pregnant. Not everything (other than abstinence) is 100%. Take a test just in case.

Condoms do not prevent pregnancy 100% of the time. Do it home pregnancy test to be sure.

I would give it a few more days. I have had that scare only it was more like 12 days late, and I was not pregos. If you need that piece of mind, get a test.

What happens is this, as you continue to pump into her, the semen pushes down your shaft and leaks out of the open end of the condom. There is not enough spermicide to kill all of them so you end up pregnant.

6 days doesn't mean she's pregnant. there's a lot of other factors that can make her period irregular or late, such as strenious physical activity like playing a sport, and stress.
