I try hard to keep an open mind about
people and try not to judge anyone
by their friends because that is really
none of my business.
CAVEAT: I am sorry to say that after these long years, I will confess that I did that with my kids all the time. If they were keeping company with the school "problem" children, I was up in arms.
Later I found that my kids got into just
about as much trouble as any, I just
didn't know it.

QUEEN: Never worry about this high
school craziness that goes on with this site....give it 3 days and their on to someone else. It is called the Senior
(high school) syndrome.

Well, actually, they get lumped with me.

I know that it can be difficult to work those situations out, but, the truth is people hang with their own. Sometimes that carries over to just knowing or talking to someone. Just something we have to deal with as Servant found out.

Not that I know of. But I wouldn't doubt it. There seems to be a lot of creative minds using this site. Jumping to conclusions must be a right of passage for many people of all ages!

I did divorce counselling with a young lady in an open cafeteria, so as not to arouse suspicion. My good intentions backfired, as folk thought I was the 'reason' she was getting divorced!

Agreed, J'. Been there, done that....and here we go again!! I always thought that with aging came maturity, but the games still go on. Sad situation that old habits die hard for some.

Edit to deep...wow!...27 grandkids!! Think you've got us all beat around here! Blessings to you all!

I do remember things like that in school and it was silly even then. I'm to old for that sort of thing myself. I associate with who I want to, it has nothing to do with who they do or do not know.---Luvs

Hopefully not since high school. It does seem that things are a changin' though. I don't let it worry me though.

Not in this life time, and don't intend to. I'm not that hard up yet.
