Well it could be much worse. You could have the flu like I have, and not be able to plan on being able to celebrate
Christmas with the rest of the family. This years flu has already begun to go around. And it's not an easy one to cope
with. I didn't get a flu shot, because usually I get sick after
getting one, within the same week. Last year, I didn't, and I
didn't catch the flu during the holidays. But I did in January.
Now this year, I'm sick without the shot.
What I'd try to do, is tackle half of your homework now, be-
fore the excitement of Christmas gets even closer. Then
finish up just after Christmas when things have settled down
a bit more. Then you won't have near the pile to try to do
and be overwhelmed by so much. I always got to my home-
work first and got it out of the way. Nothing is worse than
to have that hanging over your head. Once it's all out of the
way, then you'll have the freedom to get out and do some
fun things with friends and you can relax about school for a
few more days. Maybe you can get together with someone
to help work on the other projects. And for now, just concen-
trate on the term paper. Find something that interests you,
and then start writing about why it interests you. Before long
the sentences will flow and it won't seem like such a chore.
Hopefully you are free to choose the subject, so you can
breeze right through it and then proof read and re write so
it will be legible. Or type it, if that's allowed. You might just
get a better grade, if it is typed.
I'm sure you can think of lots of topics, if you have free
rein. Maybe a place you've visited, or would like to visit. Or
a hobby you have, or would like to have. Or write about
the town you grew up in. There's so much anyone can write
about, if you have that freedom. Now don't be hanging your
head. Get busy pushing that pen. Get the work done and
out of the way. You won't regret it.

My Chrismas had been good. My parents got me a pink verizon cell phone for an advance Chrismas present. They
are so nice.
