Just in case it was ever absolutely necessary, and my boyfriend NEEDED to drive my car, would I get in trouble for letting him use mine? He got his license revoked for 5 months because of speeding tickets. It wouldn't reflect back on me at all would it?
Serious/Knowledgable answers only, please.

No, he cannot, and would get in a mess o' trouble for doing it.
"...if you let someone else drive your vehicle and they are unlicensed, or driving with a suspended or revoked license, your vehicle may be impounded and possibly forfeited."

Yes, you can get into severe trouble. EVEN in emergency situations there is no excuse.
If he's alone when you get pulled over your car will probably be towed (if you're not called to come get it that's if the cop is nice)
He'll have to spend some time in jail and have a ton of fines.
I wouldn't do it UNLESS someone was going into labor even then call an ambulance.
There is no excuse for him to drive your car. If he does it'll be illegal and you're running a risk.
Good luck in the decisions you make. You may get away with it once, twice, or even 50 times but one time your luck will run out (odds are if he has that many speeding tickets, he'll be speeding again...)

If you knowingly let him use your car and his license is still revoked it could nullify your insurance and good luck getting more. If he has his license revoked why would you even consider letting him behind the wheel of yours? Obviously he's not mature enough to be driving if he got that many speeding tickets.

If he were to get into an accident, you may be personally liable for damages as your insurance company may not pay as the driver was not supposed to be behind the wheel AND for the reason his license was revoked would not help you OR him.
You are risking alot by allowing him to drive your vehicle, especially when it is with your knowledge.

If you knowingly let an unlicensed driver drive your car and he was in an accident you could be sued. You could also be charged as an accessory to a crime.
Additionally - if he totals your car your insurance could say "no way - we no pay" because you let an unlicensed driver drive your car......wanna know what your premiums would be after that kind of boo boo?
Here's a thought -- there is NO reason for him to be driving your car EVER until he gets his license back!!

He doesn't have a license, so he can't drive. Just like when he was 13.
Trust me, every kid who is 15 1/2 years old knows the difference between having a license and not having a license, and what it means wrt to driving a car - anybody's car. You don't need special experts, you already know the answer.
BTW, your insurance won't cover him when he dries your car - only licensed drivers...

your boyfriend can't drive your car or anyone elses car because he doesn't have a valid license to drive & if he got caught driving anybody's car the person who owns the car would get into trouble along with your boyfriend because u r responsable for your car & whoever is driving it unless they stole it then it has to be reported to the police. that's the law! nobrethequeen

Umm maybe if he had to get to someone who was dying or something really really really important, but I don't even know about that.
Your license is for you, not other people.
His license was revoked for a reason.
I think you both could get into some big trouble if he was pulled over and only had your license

Really think about it. There are no loaners in drivers licenses. That's why there is a picture on it!
His was revoked for a reason! So he couldn't drive!

if this was a life or death emergency and because he did at one time have a license then the police would see it as necessary. He is was not an emergency then it would reflect back on him as well as you
