Thank you. I must say, that so far, I don't feel the Christmas spirit yet this year. I feel as thought I am just going thru the motions. Maybe because I am having some health issues, I have to have a biopsy in the morning. I should be asleep now, but I am so worried, that sleep won't come.
Even my neighborhood seems a little down, too. Usually there are Christmas lights everywhere, so far, not so many.
Our local fire department was in full Christmas gear a week ago.....they decked out 2 fire trucks, an aid car and the fire chiefs suburban with Christmas lights, played Christmas music thru the PA on the aid car and drove Santa around giving out candy canes to the kids in my area. That was pretty cool. This was the first year they did it around my house. Usually they keep it in town. Must have figured that there were now enough people in my area to make it worth it.

Happy Christmas Father Fecking Christmas.
Yes, I guess I am looking forward to it. This year
has gone at an amazingly fast pace. It is hard to
believe it is that time-yet again and so so soon.
I have pretty much finished my present shopping-with
just a few small last minute prezzies still to get.
I will get some public holidays off work-and that is great.
Plus I have applied for some annual leave for January.
It is a nice time of year, and as much as anything, I love
the lazy,time to relax side of it. It doesn't seem days
away from christmas,but I am looking forward to it.
In New Zealand we will most likely have a hot sunny
day for christmas. Although today managed to
bucket down,but
the gardens needed a good drink.
Yep I am looking forward to it,and a new
year is
good for resolutions and new things.

Merry Christmas Father, I seem to have no spirit for the holidays this year. I am looking forward to seeing my grandsons though. It seems to me everyone has lost the true meaning of Christmas and I miss it. God bless Father may yours be merry and bright, have a blessed New Year!
