Doing mine at moment Bex on to chapter 8 and been told by a proffesional it has the chance of best seller.
I think you need to put the truth in an emotional way that you take your reader on a journey and want them to turn the pages and never let go of it.

Obviously, I could only write about the first 6 decades. It would have to be 6 x volumes each covering 10years. So, some decades would be happy ,some 'strained', more happy, some sad, very poor and tragic and the rest happy again -rather like turning full circle.
If I told the whole truth on every page it wouldn't so much make a best seller -as be on the banned list !!

What a good question!

Wow, if I wrote a story about my life it would be an epic!
So many ups and downs, twists and turns.
Stories that are true but just so far "out there", folk would just not believe it.

I'd like to think though that a happy ending is what I have to look forward to, and so I say that a happy ending is best for any book or story.

I would say something unexpected and tragic. Something predictable like a happy ending ruins the whole story.

I am 27 and have already thought about doing this. I think i would have loads that would make a great book. I have had so many things happen to me, though have been forced to forget a lot of them! People always say- "wow, you have had it rough" But i really don't realise until i have someone tell me!! I don't moan about it, i learn from everything around me. I would call out to the younger ones with my book i think, as i remember my teen years the most.

I will have a happy ending, i HAVE to!!

I just wouldn't know where to start on mine bex. It would probably take me the rest of my life to write it. I've had good times and bad times and really bloody awful times when I didn't think I'd get through but have. I don't know if it would make a best seller but I would hope it would be inspirational.

Somehow I think it would read tragic although I don't think it is like most things when were going through it we can't understand why but in time we do, no happy ending for me it would be on going I haven't finished yet.

It would be prodominantly happy, the best stories are the real ones with a mix of life events. It would sell well because I can't stand bullsh*t and I suspect I am not alone these days!
