I've heard this song and it's been bothering me all day....it's a song with the lyrics that say cherokee in it....i can't think if the exact words....maybe it's "cherokee people!" or something, but please please help me!!!

Indian Reservation...Paul Revere & The Raiders, Mark Lindsay is the lead singer.(1971). This song is about the Cherokee Nation.

I dont know who did the original but I know when I was kid Tim McGraw sampled some of it for his song Indian Outlaw but yeah dude above me is right
