What materials do you need to take to audition at a state theatre or a local theatre?

I was thinking of trying acting again in the new year at some local theatres and I do live near a state theatre.

I did have an acting resume (with little experience on it) back in 2004 when I auditioned once but I wasn't really prepared.

When you make your appointment for the audition ask what you need to bring with you.
