What does it mean when a realtor advertises a house with "one plus bath"? Is this the same as 1.5 baths?

Realtor's description reads "3 bed, one plus BA, 1900 sq ft." A nearby description advertises "3 bedroom, 1+ bath home." Mysterious!

It's a vague description. I'd venture that it may be even less than a half bath, such a room with a toilet only, or a sink only.

I disagree with first answer. I think it means it has a full bath that has a little extra something. Maybe it is extra large or has a big tub or a separate shower. It has to be at least 1 bathroom. So, the "+" is probably MORE. :)
