im 10 almost 11 in two weeks and i want to know if you think i should have a boyfriend,well you know hat i mean not serious relationship, but like.. a crush
that likes me and i like him and just say (we are together) i know this sounds funny in all lol but i came here for answers as friends not as my parents lol
anyway its 5th grade one of the best years till jr.high

he is the same age too 10-11 hes older hi b-day is in 4 days and i want to know..
i really feel uncomfortable asking my mom or friends.
well we arnt gonna be derious but u know just to have someone to hang out with.
we skateboard all the time with each other and he said he likes me... he asked me on a date i dont how we are we are only ten but i guess we just skate board and talk but nothing SERIOUS im not one of those girls who want to have sex... eww

I think your a have a mature idea of whats right and wrong here. I don't see why you can't have a boyfriend and keep it as best freinds who have feelings. I see it all the time in that grade, it's just that you need to keep in check that your only 11 and not 18. Be smart and keep a good level head, you seem to be quite smart already, but I guess this is my question to you................ How is it that you can't tell your Mom? This is such an exciting thing, a new feeling, nothing bad, would she be mad? She's your MOm, she should be the closest person to you!!! My daughters 12 almost 13, she tells me EVERYTHING! I am very open minded. Just realize that with a boyfriend also comes HURT, it won't be today, it won't be next month but in time~~ it willl come, and you need to be able to talk to Mom, because this will hurt like nothing you have experienced! It's too bad you can't talk to her, this is such an awesome feeling, and to share it with her would be so cool.

Well uhhh..........i say just keep him as a really good friend bcuz u guys will more than likely break up and then u wont talk to each other and when u are around each other its awkward so i would just keep him as a friend just hang out. U'll have crushes just dont go through heartbreak so soon. trust me u dont want to go through it this early. UR 10. pull on the breaks and just have a good guy friend wait till ur in 8th grade or so. I understand how you feel ... when I was in 5th grade I felt the same way... wanted a boyfriend nothing serious but someone to say is my boyfriend! Don't try growing up to fast .. but if you seriously like this guy go for him!

i think its okay to have like a "crush" relationship because i remember how muched i ⥠bois when I was ur age (which was only 3 years ago). just have fun because ur a really young girl and really shouldn't be involved to deep with a relationship.

aww, it's so sweet! of course, it's okay. I have my first boyfriend when I was 9 or 10 years old, so it's okay! I'm 13 right now and I still have a boyfriend.
