I think that this question has no answer.
Everything changes in some way at some level.
Even "nothing" - being "no thing" - an absence of "some thing" can alter in form of molecular structure or perception.
Feelings can change due to emotions.
Time can change due to perception of time (and time is a concept created by mankind anyway).
Love can change in its own kind of form.
Faith, although weak or strong, can alter.
There is an Zen saying that makes sense in trying to answer your question which I would now like to share with you.
"One cannot step into the same river twice".
Ponder the overwhelmingly huge meaning of this parable.
Then maybe, hopefully, you will have an answer that will help you.

My height. I've been 5ft since about the age of 16 and 30 odd years later it's still the same. Just another couple of inches would be nice.
