Yes, but I have not seen a lot of those cases. If the trademark is copyrighted, which they are, you can be sued for trademark violation.

If a person lists products that were made in China,and goes online to sell and indicate that they are not geniune and not authentic. Can the big corporate companies sue that individual? Is there any way to go around this US system of selling replica products online?

This is an old question but ongoing situation. If sued for trademark violation, contact a U.S. trademark defense attorney as soon as possible.

of course you can be sued. you will certainly lose. that is why everyone in your business only has a fake first name and a throwaway cell phone for contact, and deals only in cash. didn't you understand all the winks, nods, and nudges?
