Let's see...
Virginia, N. Carolina, S. Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, Tennessee...
That's all I can think of off the top of my head.

Four, one under duress. West Virginia separated from Virginia in order to fight on the Union side, Kentucky fought on the Union Side and Maryland felt that discretion was the better part of valor being right next to Washington and after it saw it had big guns pointed at it and if they joined the Confedercy, their State would be a main battle ground. for these reasons Maryland decided to join the Union. The one I forgot was Missouri a slave state that voted to stay in the Union.
Someone mentioned all the Southern States fought for the Union, there is some truth to that, from the very beginning the Federals controlled various areas of some Confederate States because various areas that were not States but were regional decided not to go along with their own State.

The Border States (Delaware, Maryland, Kentucky, Missouri) were in some ways culturally closer to the South but did not secede.
That said, Missouri, Tennessee, and Kentucky were particularly very sharply divided and had large amounts of citizens fight for both sides.
Even still, you had a few Alabama and North Carolina regiments in Union armies. So even though a vast vast majority of people in the Southern states fought for the CSA, you still had some dedicated few who fought for the USA.

West Virginia seceded from Virginia because they did not want to secede from the Union.
