burda world fashion??? how does it work???

i see the site, but is it a magazine that shows patterns ? or does the magazine have multi sized pattern tissues inside for every thing in the magazine i am confused! i see the burda pattern catalog in Joann's and Hancock's but i did not see the dress from the 9/07 magazine with tucks at the neck and is empire dress.

The magazine usually just shows you patterns that you can buy. Without the page number or pattern number, I don't know which dress you mean.
