brush your teeth
sit or stand with your back straight - being a hunchback is not attractive
take care how you sit when reading, preferably at a desk, not lying on your stomach on the bed - you'll ruin your eyesight
wash yourself, take a shower every night/ day - keep clean! it's not attractive to smell of sweat

When I was young I was the preacher, or so it seemed to my friends. I never needed lessons in right and wrong. It all seemed to come from within. If you had a problem I was the one who had the answer. Teachers loved me. Friends admired me. Enemies wanted to kick the living daylights out of me for making them look bad. Needless to say I had to learn how to defend myself early on. But I was the preacher, not the person preached to.

My parents were total hippies so along with following the Golden Rule, it was stuff about how we should take care of the planet and how disgusting it is to eat animals, etc... I agree with a lot of the things I learned, but definitely my parents are more zealous about them than I am. You won't catch me ordering a porterhouse though.
