I bought a macbook pro in October and the 90 day free telephone support service is about to expire in 19 days. I just wanted to make a list of questions that I could ask them concerning various issues with the macbook pro. Any common gripes or queries that you mac users out there have, or any insightful questions that could make my experience more simplistic, are appreciated. After making the switch to apple I just want to become an expert with this operating system.
cheers

This isn't a cop out answer. I don't know what to ask the tech people, but in regards to your statement about wanting to become an expert with this operating system. A noble goal to be sure. It's Unix, and Unix is one heck of a dragon to tame.. but this book

will put you on the right path.

The first question I would ask myself, is why did I buy a Mac? :)
No seriously, there are some good forums out there for any questions you might have. I am PC guy, Linux and Windows, Macs elude me. I called tech support for my wifes' Imac, they were useless, I had to fix it using the forums.
Hope this helps... :)
