I know that feminists exclusively smoked Virginia Slims in their heyday. Is this still the case? Does it make you feel liberated?

When I DID smoke, I smoked Player's Light. They had a sailor on the pack. I also smoked girly menthol cigarettes too, but that was to keep the teenagers from asking for smokes.
My fav was Djarums. Wine dipped clove ciggys from Indonesia. Oh. My. God. Sooo goood...
And I've come a long way baby! (with quitting!)

Well, I don't think women really preferred Virginia Slims and I usually smoke Marlboros, but I do like the 120's a long cigarette, and I use my left hand with my pinkie extended. I usually have a glass of wine in my left hand, right beside it. Sometimes, it's just fun!

Are those cigarettes even being made anymore? It's been years since I've seen any of their ads and whatever happened to their sponsorships of women's sports tournaments?

Nope...I smoke Newports (full flavor) or Camel Menthols.
(Yeah, they still sell Virginia Slims, to the lady that was wondering.)

I don't smoke or drink, and I eat lots of healthy foods.
What changed? Well, I'd like to outlive the majority of beer guzzling, chain smoking, fast food loving, football obsessed couch potatoes, also known as "American men"
