A foreign language is quite often a requirment for a particular degree - or for a particular school within a university. However, there are some degree programs and/or schools within universities which do not require a foreign language. For instance, at Southern Illinois University, you can obtain a degree in mathematics from the College of Science, the College of Liberal Arts, or the College of Education. The first two require a foreign language, but the College of Education does not. After you decide on a major, check out every school offering the degree at your preferred university. You may find that one does not require a foreign language.

Many, if not most, colleges these days don't require a foreign language while you are in college, but if you mean for admission, you have fewer options. You might look at community colleges. As long as you have graduated from high school, you are in.
