This like goes to the forum where the person suggested it. What do you think about this? I think its absolutely CRAZY! why would someone want to take away this place where a lot of us know eachother and want to have fun!

this suggestion has been made ad nauseum since last year in September. This is nothing new. Some people just don't know how to "MYOB".
this is the truest part of all of that -
AU... I agree with you.. to a point..
But I also remember the Troll Patrol... the Damn Family... the LIKES.. and a whole slew of reporter gangs that used to cruise that place...
Granted the TP was a bit facist in their approach... the rest of them used to seek out and Thumbs down/report others simply because they werent a part of that group....

P&S is THE most heavily trafficked category in Y!A.
Traffic means advertising sales. Y!A exists to make a profit from advertisers.
The suggestion board is often full of cranks and whiners.
The Y!A team either ignores most posters or demeans them, so don't sweat it.

I went to the forum and left a message for anyone who doesn't approve of or like P/S...don't let the door hit them on the way out and /or byeeeeeee and don't come back. No one is forced to be here or stay here. Some of us are more adult like and can take it.

You guys are loading up too many Yahoo harddrives. They are getting tired of ordering them from Dell especially for the lame stuff. Maybe y'all should get out a little more on other topics?

At least Yahoo says in there that they have no plans of removing P&S. It does serve a purpose at times. It's certainly no worse than R&S...that's nothing but attacks in there.

I'm sure that Yahoo realizes that if they were to remove P&S that they would lose a large core base of Answers and that would mean lost revenue, I don't see it going anywhere!!

I don't think they will get rid of P&S. It is too popular and too much fun. It's nice to have somewhere to go to relax, have a laugh, and learn something!

Yes it's happen before but I don't think it matters. They aren't getting rid of P&S. People just are silly at times

If they want to delete, delete R&S instead cos that site is inciting riot and hated!
P&S...people are just having fun and a good way to release stress...some people are just OXYMORON!
