Mila Grace is beautiful; if you like that, go with it.
Cali Grace is fine; although I don't like it as much. Definately do not spell it Kahlii; that's just ridiculous.
For a boy, Austin James is nice; very masculine.

How about Calla with the nickname Cali/Callie? You could also use Calista or Calliope, although they're a little over the top (especially the latter). I have also heard it as a nickname for Caroline, but that's less intuitive. It is my favorite of the four names though. You can't go wrong with James. I like it better as a first name as it is so commonly used in the middle - it's one of those names that sounds good with just about anything and so has become bland from overuse. I'm not fond of any of the others (Grace, Mila, and Austin).

Austin James is a beautiful name. I love it.
Cali Grace is a good name but, I think the spelling should be Kaylee. Something easier for a teacher or someone else to pronounce.

Callie or Caleigh Grace would be a better spelling. Mila would be mispronounce and misspelled so often it would be tiring. And although the other responders are right about Cali seeming to be a nickname for a state, it is increasing in popularity as a name for girls.
Cali could be pronounced like "Kah-lee" (ah as in opt) or "Kay-lee" (ay as in pay) or "Kaa-lee" (aa as in cat). But how would people know which one? And if her name is pronounce Kay-lee for example, would people spell it Cali? or Kali? or Kalee? or Kaylee? etc.
If you spell it Callie people will know how to pronounce it and spell it because it is familiar. If you spell it Kaylee people will be able to pronounce it, but they will probably have to guess at the spelling.
Now if you name her Grace or Jane, no problem. Not that I'd recommend those.
How about Molly Grace?
I strongly recommend that you not make up silly inventive spellings for your child's name. That's an unnecessary heavy burden on a child. Or an adult.
