Can someone tell me what to do ,step by step to get rid of urlmon.dll ?

urlmon.dll is a required system file and should not be deleted

Find where the file is located on your computer. Right click on it. Select Delete from the menu. Done.

However, the next time you attempt to access the Internet, the file will be recreated.
