Reigneth means to reign or rule. It's an archaic form (out of date) but you run into it in Handel's Messiah (the song with the Hallelujah chorus), in the lyric:
"For the lord God omnipotent reigneth.
Hallelujah! Hallelujah!"

Not sure if that's what you mean. Otherwise, it sounds like the "superlative (i.e. good, better, best) ending, which doesn't make sense here: out of all the people who rule over me, God is the reignest?
