I've been spotting for 3 weeks now, had a baby earlier this year, negative pregnancy test last week.Any ideas?

My daugther was born 14 weeks early, had first period 12 weeks later, every 4 weeks have had period (one month regular, one month light), then this month have been bleeding really lightly for 3 weeks. not sure what is going on. I don't have insurance, so a regular doctor is out of the question.

There are a number of possibilities such as infection. This needs to be evaluated by a doctor, but because of the issue of not having insurance I would recommend checking with your city's Dept of Health to see if they offer a free women's clinic that might be able to help evaluate this situation further. If not, check to see if there are any Medical Schools close to you that might be able to help.
