How much time would someone get (approx.) with a dui and hit and run with bodily injuries with a prior hit and run (misdemeaner) 8 1/2years ago. Now these both are felonies? The only record they have is an 11550 (under the influence) and that hit and run 8 1/2 yrs ago. could some one answer fast I`m really curious

Both felonies. Sentencing all depends on the political climate in your county.

Up here in NorCal I would guesstimate about a 3 year prison sentence. That's is of course if it were an accident and not an attack on someone.

Probably not enough time. Hit and runs cost everyone else more money on their insurance. With the bodily injury, I hope the Judge is in a really bad mood that day........

second dui consist of poss jail time or house arest, but sinse this comes with the other baggage. Second offence would be 5 year sentence +fines+court fees+pych evaluations+your 5 year sentence will be reduced to 2 1/2 with good behavior

Anywhere from 15 years to probation. It depends on the local laws, the judge, the lawyer, the prosecutor, the extent of the injuries... Sorry, more info needed.

7-10 in the Pen before ya come up for parole
