Thanks for asking the most important question of you life. ( You must be very intelligent) In a nut shell-We are not this material body, IE; Race, color, nationality, Religion, mind, intellect, senses, job, etc. We are all eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul, also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We never die, only this mortal body dies. This material world is not our real home, it is called Maya (illusion) and is temporary and full of misery, only one fourth of the souls come here, and the rest are enjoying blissful eternal loving relationships with our Maker named above. We fell here due to envying Gods position. He made the material world for those who want to try to live separately from Him (Which is impossible because He is actually everywhere). After many lifetimes of trying to be happy in this temporary world one becomes frustrated and board and begins to question their existence. We then seek out real happiness, and when one becomes sincere God reveals how to come back Home. Those who are intelligent, take up the process of self realization (Bhakti Yoga) which begins with the chanting of the Maha Mantra (the great mantra for deliverance from all suffering and illusion), which gives one real peace, happiness and reality. Then at the end of life they can give up all material attachments and fully surrender to God and return to the eternal Kingdom, where there is no more birth, death, old age, or disease and be eternally happy. For info. Go to harekrishnatemple.com Read Bhagavad Gita- As it is by Bhaktivedanta Prabhupada asitis.com can be read on line. Don't delay. One thing sure is death of the mortal body. And if one is not prepared then another material birth is certain.

I think life itself follows a similar trend to the universe. The universe started off small and then expands at the same time further developing itself creating galaxies etc. Life also begins small and then expands, but here further develops physically and mentally. Then a person gets old and shows signs of recession in both heath and mentality - again like the universe, where I believe it will reach a point within its expainsion and then begin to do the exact opposite. As a whole meaning of life is a progession, and then it will reach a point where its all down hill, so enjoy ur progression while you can, dnt be lazy!

To love and be loved.
we are god and we have created the world we live in. your brain can do much more than you think. beyond the physical world, there is the spiritual world. As it is now, we have already been alive forever. This body that you are in, has been alive forever. It comes from an unending stream of life, going back to the Big Bang and beyond. This body gives life to the next life, in dense and subtle energy. This body has been alive forever already. LOVE is the most powerful known force in the universe.

there is no meaning. humans have a self inflated view of their own self-importance so that we feel like we need to have a meaning when there isnt really one.
