1. As I do not find any rationality in the existence of an afterlife, and I therefore would like to avoid this lack of consciousness, YES I would like to live forever!
2. Knowledge, intelligence, wisdom, artistic achievement. These are my priorities in life. To live through centuries, literary movements, and lifetimes would be marvelous.

I'd kill myself. Wait, at what age does the "never age" start? Can I go back about five years? While I enjoy the accumulation of knowledge, my small stock of wisdom tells me that I probably wouldn't be happier. I mean, I know a lot more than I once did, and I tend to experience a lot more unhappiness--part of it is because of what I have learned, too. I've learned that there are some things that are very horrible to know. Then again, after awhile I'm usually glad of my awareness--what good it does anyone is still an open question, as I don't seem to be able to influence people.
Wouldn't it be sad to go on and on, outliving people you love? I suppose I could find a new romantic love every 50 years or so, but a sibling is impossible to replace... no, I'm for dying.

Absolutely! I always said that I want to live forever so I can see how far mankind goes in science.

Definitely. Ever since I was a kid I've wanted to find the cure to dying and the cure to growing older. So far I've had no success.
