HELLS YEAH!!!Bogota are lame..but nice cities.....But i think Sao paulo is a tie with it....
and Merida is not that nice

you are crazy... The best large city is Bogota, Colombia and the best small city is either Merida, Venezuela or Sucre Bolivia.
